Terms of Use

Last updated: September 25, 2026

This website is owned and operated by Quickly Insurance Services, LLC ("Quickly," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"), including our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

THESE TERMS INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, A CLASS ACTION AND COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING WAIVER, AND A JURY TRIAL WAIVER. PLEASE READ SECTION 2 CAREFULLY.

This website is intended only for residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old and can form legally binding contracts.

1. Our services

Quickly is a licensed, independent insurance agency. We collect information about you and your insurance needs, compare options from the insurance carriers we work with, and help you apply for coverage. We are not an insurance company and do not underwrite or issue policies — coverage is issued by the carrier you choose, subject to its underwriting, and under that carrier's policy terms.

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are not a guarantee of coverage or price. Final rates and eligibility are set by the issuing carrier. Not all products or carriers are available in all states. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Our services are free to you. We may receive commissions or other compensation from insurance carriers and other providers when you purchase a policy or other product. See our Licenses & Disclosures for our state license numbers.

2. Dispute resolution

Informal resolution. Before starting any formal proceeding, you and we agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or our services (each, a "Claim") informally. The party raising a Claim must send written notice describing it and the relief sought — notices to us go to support@quickly.insure or Quickly Insurance Services, LLC, 1 Center Plaza, Suite 425, Boston, MA 02108. The parties then have 30 days to try to resolve the Claim. Completing this process is a prerequisite to arbitration or any other formal proceeding.

Binding arbitration. If a Claim is not resolved informally, either party may elect to have it finally resolved by binding arbitration. YOU AND WE ARE GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (available at www.adr.org), before a single neutral arbitrator. Unless we agree otherwise, hearings will take place in Boston, Massachusetts. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees and costs unless applicable law provides otherwise or the arbitrator finds a Claim or defense frivolous. The arbitrator may award any individual relief a court could award, only in favor of the individual party seeking relief. The award is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court with jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section 2.

Class action and collective proceeding waiver. YOU AND WE MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST EACH OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both parties agree in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a Claim, that Claim will be severed and may proceed in court, while the rest continue in arbitration. Nothing in this Section prevents you from bringing an individual action in small claims court or raising concerns with a government agency, such as the Federal Communications Commission, Federal Trade Commission, or your state insurance department.

Survival. This Section 2 survives any termination of these Terms or your use of this website.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or revenue, arising out of your use of this website or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 2, the exclusive venue for any court proceeding is the state or federal courts in Boston, Massachusetts.

12. E-Sign consent

By clicking a button such as "Get a quote" (or otherwise indicating your assent on this website), which you adopt as your electronic signature, you agree that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one, and that we may provide these Terms, our Privacy Policy, your communication consents, and other disclosures electronically — by email or by posting them on this website. You can print or save copies, and you may request a paper copy at no charge or withdraw this consent by emailing support@quickly.insure. To receive electronic disclosures you need an internet-connected device, a current web browser, and a valid email address.

13. General

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this website; your continued use after we post changes means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about this website.
