This Privacy Policy describes how Quickly Insurance Services, LLC ("Quickly," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information on this website, in our quote forms, and in the calls, texts, and emails we exchange with you. By using this website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.
Quickly is a licensed, independent insurance agency. We do not underwrite insurance ourselves — we help you compare options from the insurance carriers we work with.
Information we collect
- Contact information, such as your name, street address, phone number, and email address.
- Demographic information, such as your date of birth, gender, marital status, and ZIP code.
- Insurance information, such as your vehicles, driving history, driver's license status, homeownership, military service, credit rating range, and current insurance coverage.
- Communications, including the content of calls, texts, and emails with us. Calls may be recorded.
- Usage and device information, such as your browser, IP address, device identifiers, pages you visit, the site that referred you, and advertising click identifiers.
How we collect it
- From you, when you fill out a quote form, call or text us, or email us.
- Automatically, through cookies, pixels, and similar tools on our website and in our emails. We also use a consent-recording service that captures how our quote form was presented to you and your interactions with it, so we can document the consent you give.
- From third parties, such as insurance carriers, consumer reporting agencies, data verification providers, and advertising platforms. We may combine this with information we already have.
How we use it
- To provide quotes, compare coverage options, and help you get insured.
- To contact you by phone, text, and email about your quote request and our services, consistent with the consent you provide. Some calls and texts use automated systems, including AI and artificial voices.
- To verify your identity and information, and to prevent fraud and protect our website.
- To measure and improve our website, products, and advertising.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations.
How we share it
- Insurance carriers. To quote and place coverage, we share the information you give us with the carriers we work with. Carriers may verify it through consumer reporting agencies, which can include your driving record and insurance score.
- Insurance offers. If we show you online insurance offers after you submit a quote request, we share the information needed to show them, such as your ZIP code and vehicle and driver details, with the providers of those offers.
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, communications, analytics, and consent-recording vendors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or regulator request, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others, including to investigate fraud.
- Business transfers. To a successor if all or part of our business is sold or reorganized.
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
- Calls: tell us on any call that you no longer want to be called, or email support@quickly.insure. We honor requests as required by law.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email support@quickly.insure. We may still send transactional messages about your request.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without them. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Your state privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia), you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to access and receive a portable copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising and profiling. To make a request, email support@quickly.insure. We will verify your request by matching information you provided to us, and you may use an authorized agent. We will respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need up to 45 more. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Personal information we collect and use to provide insurance products may be governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and state insurance privacy laws instead of general state consumer privacy laws.
California residents: in the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information listed in "Information we collect," from the sources and for the purposes described above, and disclosed them for business purposes to the recipients described in "How we share it." We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and our legal, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it, but no system is completely secure.
Children
Our website is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Other websites
Our website may link to websites we don't control, including insurance carriers' sites. This policy doesn't apply to them — review their privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date, and will notify you of material changes as required by law.
